STUDIO SPECS

• Rental comes with full access to studio space

• Full day (6-10 hours) = $1000
• Half day (up to 5 hours) = $650
• Hourly quotes available

WAIVERS: Waivers to be signed by renter before start of reservation. Proof of insurance for filming is not mandatory, but preferred. For non-insured productions, there will be a refundable deposit of $2500 to rent the space to be applied to any damage to the studio or equipment within. Frame One Media is not responsible for any injury to renter’s crew or guests while on the property.

RESCHEDULE: All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is only available 48+ hours in advance. There is a $25 fee for rescheduling. All rescheduled must move to a M-TH at the original price.

BUILDING ACCESS:  The person renting is required to greet and escort all guests to the studio. Guests are not permitted to access the building alone.

EQUIPMENT ACCESS: All Frame One lighting, ladders and grip gear to be operated by Frame One staff only.

LATE DEPARTURE:  Reservations end on time. $10 is charged for every 5 minutes extending into the next hour.

SMOKING: No smoking of any kind allowed in the studio or anywhere inside the building.
